When you are looking to rent or buy in Vail Colorado, Dave Cole at Vail Condo Experts knows that you need the insider information that is not available in the travel sites or condo websites that solely promote the best features of each condominium building.  That’s why he put together this so you can make the best possible decision for you and your family.

The Vail Village Parking Structure, which was built in 1974, started out as a small, modest dirt parking lot next to the Covered Bridge and the pedestrian gateway into Vail Village.  To the east of the Covered Bridge and adjacent to the parking lot were the economical lodges Poor Richards and The Nightlatch, which have been replaced by The Mountain Haus condominium building.

Now the four story parking structure includes the bus terminal, The Vail Visitor Information booth, a restaurant, a ski shop, The Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum, restrooms and 1,267 parking spaces.

During the winter ski season, the structure is paid parking until 3:00PM.  There is no charge to park during the spring, fall and summer months.  Winter season parking passes are very limited and expensive.
